- Siapakan of Bahan kering:.
- Sediakan 200 gr of tepung terigu protein sedang.
- Sediakan 25 gr of coklat bubuk (saya 1 sachet chocolatos drink).
- Siapakan 1 sdm of baking powder (saya 1 sdt BPDA).

- Siapakan 30 gr of choco chips (saya campur dengan DCC yang dicincang).

Berikut Cara Membuat Triple Choco Muffin Sampai Jadi
- Siapkan bahan-bahan. Timbang bahan sesuai resep. Siapkan cetakan muffin, alasi dengan paper cup. Panaskan oven.
- Dalam wadah, ayak semua bahan kering, aduk rata, sisihkan.
- Dalam wadah lainnya, campur dan aduk rata bahan basah sampai gula larut.
- Tuang bahan basah ke dalam bahan kering, aduk lipat dengan spatula. Tambahkan choco chips, aduk rata secara perlahan.
- Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan menggunakan sendok sayur. Lalu panggang dalam oven suhu 170' sampai matang selama 20 menit (saya pakai otang selama 30 menit).
- Setelah matang angkat dan dinginkan. Sajikan.
